BCBA Qualifications
- BCBA Certification REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience working with ages 1-5 years
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time)
- A definite plus - Ability to provide supervision to BCBA candidates
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Provide direct patient care and behavioral therapy, focusing on individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
