About Job
- Carry small caseload of 4-6 families
- Hold family sessions with each family 3 times a week scheduled at the convenience of the families
- Provide treatment in families' homes, schools and other community settings as needed
- Participate in weekly supervisions and clinical consultation meetings
- Provide on-call availability to support families
- Address behavioral health needs to support family functioning and stability.
- Implement and adjust evidence-based intervention strategies to align with family goals
- Collaborate with peers, DCP&P, and other community providers to ensure continuity of care and support for the family.
- Complete necessary documentation required for Youth Villages Intercept program and Acenda.
- Bachelor's degree in social services with at least one year of experience in counseling or case management required.
- Experience working with children and families, particularly families involved with the child welfare system and/or affected by trauma preferred.
- Ability to facilitate positive interactions and work collaboratively with families.
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record.
- Master's degree in field of counseling, psychology or social work
- Base rate: $27.41/ hourly
- Bilingual Rate: An additional $1.50 added to the base rate if Spanish proficient.
