Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually + benefits
Location: Fully remote, must be licensed in Virginia

Key Duties:

Provide virtual therapy sessions that support clients in their mental health journey.
Create a space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Develop personalized treatment plans to help clients reach their goals.

Requirements

An active Virginia license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Experience in therapy and counseling, including virtual care.
A commitment to providing excellent client support.
