You’ll work hands-on with youth and adults who are navigating mental health challenges that could disrupt their lives. From the moment services begin, you’re the calm in the chaos, the voice of reason, and the support that helps clients stabilize and thrive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver 1:1 behavioral support to clients in crisis — wherever they are
  • Use powerful de-escalation tools to keep clients and communities safe
  • Follow therapeutic service plans and respond with compassion and structure
  • Submit daily notes, SRAs, SARs, ISPs, and discharges on time
  • Respond to emergency situations with confidence and care
  • Collaborate with supervisors and partners to create results for every client
  • Participate in weekly clinical meetings to grow and stay aligned

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active QMHP-C or QMHP-T (registered with the VA Board of Counseling)
  • Degree in human services or related field + experience in mental health
  • Reliable transportation and strong communication skills
  • Comfort serving clients in all communities and home environments
  • Ability to manage time, stay organized, and own your documentation

  • Flexible schedule — work when you’re available and cases are open
  • Weekly pay ranging from $2,500 to $7,200/month, depending on caseload

Educations and Specifications

Required Qualifications for Mental Health Professional –

Adult (QMHP-A/C) a person who is trained and experienced in providing psychiatric or mental health services to individuals who have mental illness credentials:

 A masters degree in psychology from an accredited college or university with at least one year of clinical experience;

 A bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field from an accredited college or university and with at least one year of clinical experience providing direct services to persons with a diagnosis of mental illness;

 A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an unrelated field that includes at least 15-semester credits (or equivalent) in a human service field and who has at least three years of clinical experience;

 Any other licensed mental health professional

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

Two (2) years of successful work experience with
