Job Summary: The QMHP Team Lead position is part of Integral Care's Mobile Behavioral Health Clinic and will provide community-based intake services to consumers in the community. The position requires daily driving of a company vehicle as well as use of a personal vehicle.

The QMHP Team Lead for the mobile clinic is responsible for leading the team's service delivery and ensuring the provision of recovery focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. The QMHP Team Lead operates in a dynamic environment, develops extensive knowledge of community resources, collaborates with interdisciplinary team members and cultivates a clinical skill-set by forging therapeutic relationships with diverse community members. The QMHP Team Lead participates in diagnostic evaluations and provides assessment of strengths, preferences, functional impairments and symptoms of psychiatric and/or co-occurring disorder(s) to ensure optimal and personalized services. The QMHP Team Lead identifies and implements strategies for ongoing program development and achievement of unit performance measures and engages staff to ensure the highest quality of care and effective use of provider staff time and resources.

This position may have additional duties associated with providing bilingual communication services and requires the completion of a language competency test.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education

Required:

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Required:

• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  
  

Experience

• Bilingual preferred.
  
  

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Workhours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $29.67 an hour.
