School Psychologist

​C​arlynton School District is seeking a certified and dedicated School Psychologist to join our student support team. The successful candidate will play an essential role in promoting the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral growth of students by providing a range of psychological services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Participating in IEP, multidisciplinary team, and eligibility meetings
• Providing consultation and collaboration with educators, families, and administrators
• Assisting with the development of behavior intervention plans and academic supports
• Providing direct services such as counseling and crisis intervention
• Supporting data-driven decision-making and progress monitoring
• Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and district policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania certification as a School Psychologist K-12
• Master’s or Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a K-12 school setting is preferred
• Clinical experience in assessment, evaluation, report writing, data interpretation and intervention planning

Pay: $41,998.00 - $49,068.00 per year
