Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Center Based

$80,000 – $100,000/year + Bonuses
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends

Make a lasting impact—one child at a time. We’re seeking a passionate, experienced BCBA to join our center-based team in Englewood (Denver area), providing high-quality ABA therapy to children ages 1–8 in a collaborative, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct intake consultations and assessments, including family interviews, data analysis, and treatment planning
• Design and implement individualized ABA programs with a focus on early intervention and verbal behavior
• Supervise and coach Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure clinical excellence
• Provide consistent parent training and support
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans to maximize outcomes
• Communicate effectively with families, team members, and external providers
• Ensure full compliance with BACB standards and payor policies
• Utilize tech tools to track progress, improve efficiency, and streamline support

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• BCBA Certification (2–3 years preferred)
• Experience working in a center-based ABA setting
• Passion for working with young children (Autism preferred)
• Skills in Verbal Behavior, NET, Incidental Teaching, and EIBI
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• A positive, growth-focused, and compassionate approach
• Reliable transportation to Englewood, CO and surrounding areas
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
