What You’ll Do:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP)

• Create individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs

• Supervise and train RBTs and Behavior Technicians

• Collaborate with families and school/community teams

• Maintain high-quality documentation aligned with clinical and payer standards

What You Bring:

• Active BCBA certification and NJ license required

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

• Experience providing home-based or community ABA services

• Passion for ethical ABA, strong communication, and organizational skills

Compensation & Perks:

• Competitive $75–$90/hour based on experience

• Sign-on bonus after 90 days

• Referral bonuses for bringing in clients or staff

• Mileage/travel stipends available based on location
