```Duties```
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment
- Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience and compassion when working with individuals with special needs
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to collect and analyze data effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles is preferred but not required
