We’re seeking Recruitment and Admissions Counselors, (multiple positions) where you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through their journey to becoming future physicians! This full-time position (with required travel) combines strategic outreach, event planning, and admissions support to connect students with a transformative educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the school at graduate fairs, university visits, and conferences (local/national travel required)
- Build strong relationships with prospective students, pre-med advisors, and partner organizations
- Develop and execute a targeted recruitment travel plan with measurable outcomes
- Plan and host engaging in-person and virtual events (open houses, webinars, interview days)
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to create meaningful interactions for applicants
- Review and assess applications for competitiveness and completeness
- Track applicant progress and provide timely, supportive communication throughout the admissions cycle
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems; use analytics to support decision-making
- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, higher ed, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations and speak confidently in public settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Slate, Salesforce)
- Willingness and ability to travel solo (especially during peak recruitment seasons)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods at events
- Flexibility for evening/weekend events
- Comfortable with extended periods of sitting and computer work
- On-site, in office with some travel required

Salary & Benefits:

- $54,000 - $60,000/year commensurate with experience and education
