Momentum Counseling and Consulting (MCC) is seeking a Licensed Psychologist passionate about advancing client care to join our dynamic team. This position will allow you to bring your expertise in psychological assessments and clinical consultation to a mission driven organization that values ethical, evidence-based care. What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments across the lifespan, including: cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and personality testing.
- Complete thorough evaluation reports with diagnostic clarity and actionable treatment plans.
- Consult with clinical staff and supervisors on complex diagnostic questions and treatment planning.
- Provide supervision to a small number of mental health professionals
- Maintain compliance with ethical, HIPAA, Medicaid, and third party documentation standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to expand and enhance psychological services and internal protocols.
What We’re Looking For
✨ Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy. D).
✨ Licensed or license-eligible as a Psychologist.
✨ Demonstrate experience conducting psychological evaluations.
✨ Expertise in standardized assessment tools, DSM-V-TR diagnostics, and report writing.
✨ Familiarity with EHR systems and evidence-based practices.
✨ Strong interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit.
✨ Commitment to cultural competence, ethical practice, prioritizing both client, and team wellness.
