A K-12 school in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a Certified School Psychologist for a contract position through the next school year. This role offers the opportunity to provide vital psychological services supporting student well-being and academic success within a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students K-12
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to support student needs
- Develop and implement intervention strategies and behavior plans
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and assist with compliance documentation
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
Qualifications:
- Certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting
