The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social work, particularly in areas related to geriatrics, behavioral health, and counseling. This role involves overseeing the delivery of services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes the well-being of both clients and staff.

Certifications: MSW

Charting System: Required, Epic

Skills

In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations and standards for managing medical records.

Strong understanding of aging issues counseling and the unique needs of geriatric populations.

Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments.

Experience in facilitating individual group counseling sessions with a focus on behavioral health.

Familiarity with Christian counseling approaches is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in case documentation and reporting.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
