Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Monitor student progress through data collection and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement behavioral strategies and provide training.
  • Support IEP development by setting measurable behavioral goals and participating in meetings.
  • Provide crisis intervention and promote positive behavioral supports.
  • Ensure compliance with school, state, and federal regulations through accurate documentation.

Contract
2025- 2026 school year
Additional caseload details will be discussed on the virtual interview.

Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.(preferred)
Experience working in a school setting or with children and adolescents with special needs.
Familiarity with IEP processes and special education regulations.
