This role includes conducting psychoeducational assessments, consulting with IEP teams, offering student counseling services, and collaborating with educators and parents to enhance student outcomes.

To qualify in Florida, school psychologists must hold certification from the Florida Department of Education. Most positions also require completion of a graduate degree in School Psychology and an internship or relevant field experience.
