Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis, with a focus on providing high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. This role involves working closely with clients and their families to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote positive behavioral changes.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques.
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary based on data-driven results.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Stay current with best practices in behavioral health, medical terminology, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and applied behavior analysis methodologies.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
