Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist position is available to provide comprehensive psychological services for K-12 students across four schools in Lebanon, TN. This role requires an on-site presence and focuses on the delivery of assessments, counseling, consultation, and intervention services as part of standard duties throughout the school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to identify student strengths and needs
- Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and behavior
- Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to develop and implement intervention plans
- Participate in eligibility and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid Tennessee School Services Personnel License with School Psychologist endorsement
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively within a school environment
Location & Schedule:
- Position requires onsite work in Lebanon, TN
- Full-time hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
