Your Role as a Clinician or Counselor: You will play acritical rolein addiction prevention and treatment. You'll work closely with clients, guiding them through recovery by developingpersonalized treatment plansand providingindividual and group therapy sessions. Your expertise and support will empower clients toovercome addiction and build fulfilling lives. What You'll Do: Conduct screenings, assessments, and treatment planning
Lead individual and group therapy sessions
Provide crisis intervention and case management
Collaborate with healthcare and criminal justice professionals
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards
Maintain accurate and timely documentation What You Bring: (Counselor) Bachelor's Degreein mental health counseling as well as hold a valid professional licensure (Clinician) Master's degreein mental health counseling or related field
2-4 years of experiencein mental health & substance use disorder treatment prefered
Strong communication and collaboration skills
