EmpowerHer Women’s Care Clinic is a growing, women-centered medical practice in the Geist area offering primary care, gynecology, mental health counseling, pelvic floor physical therapy, and more. We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a strong clinical foundation and a passion for supporting women across the reproductive lifespan. This W-2, per-visit position offers flexible scheduling and the potential to grow from part-time to full-time as demand increases. This role also includes the opportunity to lead the mental health service line at our practice.

This is a unique opportunity to support clients navigating fertility challenges, postpartum shifts, career transitions, relationship dynamics, menopause, and the evolving experience of identity. We do have a strong menopausal client base as we offer specialty medical services.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and treatment plans
• Deliver tailored, evidence-based interventions based on client needs
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers as needed
• Participate in team-building activities, community education events, and marketing efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Active LMHC license in the state of Indiana
• Minimum of 3 years direct counseling experience post-licensure
• Experience in individual counseling for women navigating midlife transitions is required
• Proficiency with electronic health records and virtual/video therapy platforms
• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialized experience in areas such as:
• Pregnancy and postpartum mental health
• Infertility and reproductive loss
• Perimenopause and menopause
• Couples counseling and sex therapy
• PMH-C and/or AASECT certification (or willingness to pursue) preferred
• Background in integrative or interdisciplinary care models

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
