About Job

Performs substance abuse and mental health counseling work on an individual patient basis and in a group setting. Also provides evaluation, screening and assessment services. Responsible for servicing primary caseload along with other patients as assigned, and documenting in accordance with company standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Must meet at least one of the following criteria:
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree required.
Degree must be from an accredited university or college with a major in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education, or a related human services field.
Certified master’s degree level addiction professional (MCAP) certified by the Florida Certification Board
Certified addictions professional (CAP) certified by the Florida Certification Board
Certified addiction counselor (CAC) certified by the Florida Certification Board

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Driver's License or ID card
Must pass a level II background check and drug screen
