Behavior Associates is looking for BCaBAs that can conduct assessment and provide supervision and caregiver training to incoming clients. Services are provided at home, school, daycare, and through telehealth. We accept a number of private insurances such as Aetna, Cigna, and more.
Responsibilities
- Identifying needs and formulating treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA to manage problematic behaviors
- Assessing the individual needs of each child and to develop behavioral plans.
- Monitor the progress of individuals under their care and collaborate with family members or other care providers to determine how to best address long-term individual goals.
- Develop programs to ensure safety, structure and enrichment for the children.
- Physically providing on-site behavioral interventions, as needed, and modeling behavioral skills for staff.
- Developing materials to support behavior trainings
- Attend supervision sessions with the BCBA
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $3,500.00 per month
