Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families to ensure the success of every client. This position requires a passion for helping children reach their full potential and a commitment to delivering exceptional ABA services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skill assessments, and preference assessments.
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on client needs.
- Provide direct supervision and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
- Analyze data collected during sessions to monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers, providing parent training and resources to promote generalization of skills across settings.
- Document all client progress, program modifications, and session notes in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure staff development and client success.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in ABA to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Certification: Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
Experience:
- Experience in working with people with autism or related developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Experience supervising RBTs or other behavior technicians.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection methods, and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to making a positive impact on clients and their families.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with electronic data collection systems (e.g., Office Puzzle, Rethink, Catalyst, CentralReach).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Experience working in clinic, school, and/or home settings.
- Knowledge of Florida Medicaid and private insurance guidelines for ABA services.

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
