At Flywheel Centers, we're on a mission to support children with autism and the families who love them. As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes or schools under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children build real-life skills and reach their potential in everyday environments.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with children diagnosed with autism in their home or school setting

• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Implement evidence-based strategies to help children improvetheir behaviors and communication

• Collect and record session data to track progress

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Personal transportation and a reliable vehicle

• Childcare experience required

• ABA experience is a plus-but not required

• A positive attitude, patience, and love for working with kids
