Embrace ABA, PLLC, established in January 2023, is located in Mansfield, Texas. We specialize in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum. Our mission is to empower children with essential tools for success, focusing on functional communication, social skills, and community/safety skills. Embrace ABA offers personalized 1:1 therapy, parent training, and collaborative care to ensure comprehensive support for each child and their family.

The clinic is owned and operated by Kandice Sevier, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, who brings over 17 years of experience in the field of ABA.

Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor - BCBA to join our team at Embrace ABA, PLLC in Mansfield, TX. This on-site role involves overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis, providing clinical supervision, managing cases, and applying psychological principles to support clients and staff. Client hours are from 8 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Supervision
• Strong supervisory and case management experience
• Background in Psychology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• BCBA certification required
• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• Experience in providing clinical supervision in an ABA setting
