Position Overview

As our new Senior Provider Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding top-tier aesthetic providers while ensuring a seamless experience for all new hires. The Senior Talent/Provider Partner will collaborate directly with hiring managers to drive proactive and active talent acquisition efforts, manage the full onboarding lifecycle, and provide strategic guidance in talent development and compensation management. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in healthcare recruitment, have a strong understanding of the aesthetic industry, and possess a passion for creating an exceptional new hire experience.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead recruitment efforts for aesthetic providers, ensuring the best talent is sourced and hired.
  • Partner with hiring managers for proactive and active searches, driving effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiations and final hiring decisions.
  • Confirm candidate credentials, background checks, and other regulatory compliance requirements.

Onboarding & Orientation:

  • Manage portions of the onboarding process for all new hires, including preparing IT, equipment, background, license check, and day-one logistics.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, fostering an excellent first impression of the organization.

Manager Training & Development:

  • Educate managers on best practices for the recruiting and. oboarding process to ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers on talent development strategies and retention initiatives.

Compensation & Process Management:

  • Assist in managing compensation plans and salary structures across the organization to ensure internal equity and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and optimize compensation packages and benefits.
  • Develop, improve, and streamline talent acquisition processes using Paycor ATS and Salesforce CMS to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Partner with leadership to identify areas for process improvement within the recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in talent acquisition and human resources.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma required. BA degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare recruiting experience, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and onboarding within the aesthetic or healthcare industry.
  • Expertise in recruiting, sourcing, and managing the hiring process for healthcare professionals.
  • Experience working with ATS (Paycor preferred) and CMS (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of compensation planning and salary benchmarking.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to train, mentor, and influence managers on effective recruitment and onboarding strategies.

Physical Demands

This position may require the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, sit for extended periods, and engage in frequent standing or walking. Candidates should have good visual and auditory acuity, manual dexterity, and clear communication skills.
