Position Overview

The Wellness Concierge will be responsible for screening prospective and current clients for eligibility for the wellness programs (weight loss and peptide therapy). Additionally, your responsibilities as a Wellness Concierge include, but are not limited to:

Connect candidates with appropriate locations and healthcare providers
Assist remote practitioners with diagnostic management and prescription refills
Manage and maintain wellness leads in CRM
Provide outstanding customer service to patients
Conduct phone, computer, and video conferencing consultations efficiently
Manage all aspects of patient communication and interactions for wellness program
It’s a plus if fluent in Spanish, but not a requirement

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, healthcare, or wellness-related field preferred
2+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, spa, medspa, or healthcare reception
Prior experience in a luxury or wellness setting strongly preferred
Warm, welcoming, and polished presence
Patient-focused mindset with a passion for wellness and aesthetics
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed

Physical Demands

This position may require the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, sit for extended periods, and engage in frequent standing or walking. Candidates should have good visual and auditory acuity, manual dexterity, and clear communication skills.
