Currently seeking a Bilingual Recruiter / Service Coordinator for a great opportunity in Chelsea, MA. Interested candidates should have strong people skills and ideally, 1-year of recruiting/staffing experience. $41-46k Base Salary plus Commission and Benefits offered.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Recruiter
- Achieve staffing objectives of clients, consult with our clients to establish recruiting requirements, and develop candidate databases.
- Oversee and assist in the sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process.
- Make sure client’s hiring requirements are being met.
- Handle employee relations and counsel temporary associates when needed.
- Manage the attendance of workers.
- Establish a good working relationship with multiple contacts within the client to include HR, Production, and facilities.
- Manage any/all internal employees that may be placed on-site as needed.
- On-board and discuss protocols of new temporary employees.
- Assist in managing the timecard process.
- Complete any additional duties/projects as assigned.
Requirements of the Bilingual Recruiter
- 1-year of recruiting staffing experience required
- Ability to maintain confidential information in a discrete and professional manner
- Strong recruiting and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Spanish/English Bilingual required.
- Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.
- Reliable transportation required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
