Redwood Coast Regional Center is currently recruiting for a Team Leader (Sr. Social Worker) to join our dedicated Ukiah Adult Unit. The Team Leader (Sr. Social Worker) position is responsible for providing high-level case coordination services to clients, assistance to other team members, training new and existing staff and other duties in areas of specialization as needed.

Requires a Bachelors degree or higher with 4 years as a Service Coordinator (Social Worker) or similar case carrying position, resource development or quality assurance experience serving people with developmental/intellectual disabilities.

Overnight travel is occasionally required. Requires a valid California Driver's license, reliable transportation, minimum vehicle insurance as prescribed by law or the ability to provide for independent transportation.
