Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism, implementing behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect data on observable client behavior
- Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients
- Collaborate with families and caregivers
Experience:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Familiarity with medical documentation and terminology
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Strong communication skills
Requirements and Skills:
- Applicant must be at least 18-year-old
- Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma
-Spanish speaking is required
