Licensed Psychologist– Minnesota Licensed

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and experienced Minnesota-licensed Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) to join our growing EIDBI team. The ideal candidate is committed to supporting children and families impacted by autism spectrum disorder and related conditions by overseeing high-quality, culturally responsive ABA and developmental interventions. This position is central to maintaining clinical quality, compliance, and team coordination across all service levels.
Duties
- Ensure all individual treatment plans (ITPs) and services reflect the person’s and family’s values, goals, preferences, culture, and language.
- Collaborate with parents and primary caregivers to determine appropriate levels of training and counseling.
- Develop, approve, monitor, and sign each person’s initial and updated ITP.
- Coordinate and lead care conferences to support interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Supervise and review all EIDBI services, case documentation, and incident reports for compliance and treatment fidelity.
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight of Level I, II, and III providers, including all billing, documentation, and case management tasks.
- Fulfill all clinical supervision duties as defined by both the Minnesota licensing board and the EIDBI policy manual.
- Take professional responsibility for the services and conduct of all supervisees.
- Manage a caseload that allows for active planning, monitoring, and coaching to support clients with diverse and complex needs.
- Provide coverage and support continuity of care if another QSP is absent or transitions out.
Skills
- Active Minnesota licensure in one of the approved fields (e.g., LP, LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, BCBA with MN LBA).
- Strong understanding of EIDBI services and DHS compliance expectations.
- Experience providing clinical supervision in ABA, mental health, or pediatric care settings.
- Effective communication and documentation skills.
- Cultural competence and commitment to family-centered care.
- Ability to lead, organize, and support multi-disciplinary treatment teams.
- Comfortable using electronic documentation platforms (e.g., Abadesk, ADP).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in Minnesota EIDBI programs.
- Familiarity with DHS documentation standards and the Health Service Records policy.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
