- Run engaging and impactful one-on-one sessions (2 to 4 hours) in various settings, including our vibrant clinics, client homes, schools, and community environments under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Maintain accurate data collection of clients' progress and activities.
- Assess children's abilities and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment that fosters respect and collaboration among children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's development and activities.
- Stay updated on best ABA practices in child development and early education.

- A minimum of a HS diploma or BA/BS in the field of Psychology, Child Development, Social Work or related fields.
- 6-months' related experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations
- Capable and confident in working with children who exhibit challenging behaviors.
- Skilled at problem solving in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in oral and written English (Bilingual in Spanish speaking a plus)
- Ability to work 10-40 hours/week
- Valid California Class C driver's license, insurance, and own transportation
