Job Title: Licensed ABA Therapist / LBA / Licensed Mental Health Provider – Medicaid Provider

Shay's Enterprises LLC, operating as Once Upon A Pediatrics, is a Virginia-based behavioral health and pediatric care organization specializing in home-based ABA and support services. We serve children and families receiving Medicaid benefits and are expanding our team to meet growing demand across the state.

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking licensed professionals in the state of Virginia who are eligible to provide ABA therapy and related behavioral support services to children with autism and developmental delays. Services will primarily be rendered in-home or via telehealth.

We welcome applicants who hold one or more of the following valid Virginia licenses or qualifications:

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP)
• Licensed Mental Health Professional–Resident (LMHP-R)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current Virginia licensure

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral health or ABA therapy to children and families in accordance with Virginia Medicaid guidelines
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and document services appropriately
• Collaborate with RBTs (if applicable), caregivers, and clinical team members
• Maintain professional communication with supervising team (as applicable)
• Provide services ethically, compassionately, and in compliance with all state regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Virginia license in one of the approved roles (LBA, LMHP, LMHP-R, LCSW, LPC, etc.)
• Medicaid provider enrollment (or willingness to become credentialed)
• Passion for working with children and families
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits (if applicable)
• Background check and references required
