JOB TITLE: Social Worker MSW

DEPT: Home Health

LOCATION: MRMC - Columbia, TN

SHIFT: PRN, as needed. Day Shift

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing direct and indirect Social Work services to homebound patients and their families to assist in meeting the psychosocial needs of the patients. Promotes good public relations within the Home Health department, Maury Regional Hospital and the community while maintaining patient confidentiality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Driver's License with Reliable Transportation and Liability Insurance in TN Required

· Master's Degree in Social Work Required

· 1 Year of Social Services in Home Health Care Preferred
