Contract Mental Health Counselor

Overview
Duke City Counseling is seeking a part-time Mental Health Counselor to join our team. This is a contract position for an independently licensed counselor that resides in Albuquerque, and has the ability to see clients both in person, as well as virtually.

Everything is ready for you: two office locations, EHR system, referrals, etc. If you are fully licensed and want to work part time in a private practice that offers 100% autonomy, you found the right place. All you have to do is see clients. We take care of the rest!

Prefer a clinician that specializes in working with children and families.

Not on insurance panels? No problem- we'll take care of that for you at no cost! Duke City Counseling will add you to all of the major insurance panels in New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• As a contract provider, you set your own schedule and can see as many clients as you would like.
• Maintain all documentation as required by licensure within our EHR system (Simple Practice).

Pay Range

We pay a specific percentage of all sessions conducted. Straightforward and no BS. The percentage can be negotiated based on number of clients you are seeing each week, but the minimum percentage split is 70/30. The clinician will receive a minimum 70% of all sessions fees (i.e. a session that's billed for $100, the clinician will be paid $70).

Keep in mind, this role has absolutely ZERO overhead costs! We provide you with billing, office space, EHR, website marketing, referrals, etc. All you have to do is show up and provide an excellent service for your clients. Let us take care of the rest!
