Are you a passionate BCBA dedicated to empowering children and families?
We’re looking for a caring, driven BCBA to join our incredible team—where collaboration, clinical excellence, and heart are at the center of everything we do.
In this role, you’ll provide clinical leadership and supervision in our center, schools, and home settings, supporting children primarily ages 2–10. You’ll work closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), families, BCBA’s, and other professionals to develop individualized behavior plans that truly make a difference.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise and provide ongoing training and support to RBTs.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment goals based on data and client needs.
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and other professionals to ensure consistency and quality of care.
- Conduct parent training and provide behavioral consultations as needed.
- Maintain detailed, timely documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week
