Position Overview:
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic After-School Counselor to join our team! This part-time position is ideal for someone passionate about helping kids learn and grow in a supportive environment. As a counselor, you’ll assist with program activities, provide general supervision, and help create a positive experience for every child.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15 per hour

Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00–6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Support and assist in organizing and conducting engaging activities
• Supervise and ensure children’s safety during all program activities
• Build positive, supportive relationships with students
• Provide assistance with homework, reading, and other educational activities
• Help with general classroom setup and cleanup as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with kids
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Able to manage a group of children effectively and safely
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
