Qualifications:

Required to be a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) (MSW) (LISW) or Registered Nurse (RN) with at least one year of paid experience working in home and/ or community-based environments.

• High comfort level with computers and other forms of technology
• Ability to build rapport with members
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to self-direct, self-schedule, and work independently

· Annual influenza vaccination is required

Pay: $62,700.00 - $76,700.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
