Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our compassionate team at Spring Health ABA Center. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful change for our clients. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and their families.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify individual needs and strengths.
Develop and implement personalized ABA treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting interventions as necessary.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for clients.
Provide training and support to registered behavior technicians (RBTs) in implementing treatment plans.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder.
Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members.
Proficiency in data collection methods and diagnostic evaluations.
