Duties

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address family dynamics and personal challenges.
• Ability to do both telehealth and in person treatment.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients, ensuring all aspects of their well-being are addressed.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.
• Valid licensure as a therapist or counselor in the state of California.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining client confidentiality.
