Locations:
Virginia: Aldie, Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Reston, Woodbridge, Manassas, Falls Church.
Maryland: Bowie, Columbia, Glen Burnie, North Bethesda, Silver Spring, Towson, Annapolis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, customizing your approach to address the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct culturally responsive, strengths-based assessments to establish trust and understanding from the outset.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive treatment plans, crisis/safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and other necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Actively participate in clinical case consultations, treatment planning, and care coordination across various disciplines.
- Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to ensure holistic and integrated care.
- Contribute to a clinical environment characterized by excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Active LCSW, LCSW-C, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist in the states of Virginia or Maryland (required).
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with experience working with diverse populations and issues.
- Deep commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and inclusive, trauma-informed care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills.
