A dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought for a contract position in Burnet, TX. This role is focused on providing tailored behavioral analysis and support strategies to students in a K-12 school setting. Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with children in educational settings, particularly K-12
- Strong knowledge of behavior modification techniques and data collection methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies
- Provide training and support for school personnel on behavior modification techniques
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions
- Advocate for students behavioral and educational needs within the school community
