This role is focused on providing tailored behavioral analysis and support strategies to students in a K-12 school setting. Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children in educational settings, particularly K-12
• Strong knowledge of behavior modification techniques and data collection methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies
• Provide training and support for school personnel on behavior modification techniques
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions
• Advocate for students behavioral and educational needs within the school community
