Job Description

The Center for Behavioral Health (CBH), located at 12837 Flushing Meadows Dr. Ste 220, Town & Country, MO 63131, seeks an enthusiastic, client-focused psychologist to join our team. CBH is dedicated to providing high-quality, timely, and affordable psychological services to children and adolescents, especially those who would not otherwise have access to professional mental health care. Our work supports individuals and families across St. Louis County, St. Louis City, and Jefferson County through several no-cost evaluation programs designed to address a wide range of behavioral and emotional concerns.

In the role of Psychologist, clinicians are responsible for the following:
To conduct psychological evaluations of children and adolescents.
To participate and contribute to CBH's professional development program and other training opportunities on and off-site.
To provide consultation to CBH staff and trainees as appropriate and to provide psycho-educational presentations to the community and University employees as needed.
May lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirement.
Explains difficult or sensitive information to clients and their family with a goal to build consensus.
Collaborates with others inside and outside functional area.
Maintains monthly productivity standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Shift

Monday-Friday-8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate degree in Psychology and licensure (or eligibility to be licensed) as a Psychologist within the State of Missouri.
Preferred Qualifications

At least 2 years of post-doctoral clinical experience strongly desired.
Experience working with various populations and a commitment to culturally responsive clinical practice.
Prior involvement in a university-based training clinic, academic medical center, or similar setting.
Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports that integrate complex clinical data in a meaningful and accessible way.
Anticipated Hiring Range

S alary Range: 86,000-93,000
Grade: GGS- 011
