What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Qualifications – A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field, and licensure as an LCSW. Bi-lingual, Spanish Speaking preferred.
• Strong Clinical Skills – Experience in individual, family, and group therapy, with an understanding of trauma-informed care, mental health disorders, and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Compassion & Empathy – A passion for helping individuals overcome challenges and heal from past trauma, with a person-centered approach to treatment.
• Team Player – Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, behavior specialists, and other clinicians.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards.
• Participate in case reviews and team meetings to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Collaborate with community resources to connect clients to necessary services.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience in psychotherapy and case management preferred.
• Familiarity with medical records management and documentation standards.
• Strong skills in crisis management and the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of psychopharmacology related to mental health treatment is a plus.
• Experience or training in addiction counseling is desirable.
• Proficient understanding of ICD-10 coding; familiarity with ICD-9 is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,500.00 - $83,000.00 per year
