About Job

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children with various exceptionalities and their families. You will work in clients homes, schools, and community settings. The BCBA consults, trains caregivers, conducts behavioral evaluations, and designs behavior and support plans for clients.

  • Administers, evaluates, and supervises behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.
  • Develops individualized goals for home, community, and school-based programs and designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
  • Trains Registered Behavioral Technicians on program implementation, data collection, and monitoring systems.
  • Conducts regular caregiver and/or teacher training.
  • Oversees ongoing individual programs and conducts weekly supervision meetings with Behavioral Technicians.
  • Updates client programs and materials.
  • Arrives on time for appointments, meetings, and training; responds promptly to communications.
  • Maintains professionalism, dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity in interactions.
  • Meets regularly with the Clinical Director and reports issues impacting client progress.
  • Maintains records per policies and completes documentation timely.
  • Documents billable hours and maintains caseload according to regulations.
  • Participates in professional meetings or conferences for growth.
  • Adheres to the mission, vision, and values of Mindful Sprouts.

  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, social work, speech-language pathology, or related; Ph.D. preferred.
  • BCBA certification and/or licensed professional.
  • Minimum two years of experience with individuals with ASD or related diagnoses.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior-analytic therapies.
  • Experience with staff training and supervision.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Successful criminal background screening.
