Job Summary
BCBA must have Minnesota license. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to clients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify behavioral needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve client behavior and social skills.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure cohesive care.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and intervention strategies.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.
  • Proficient in medical documentation and understanding of medical terminology.
  • Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to conduct patient assessments effectively.
  • Skilled in data collection methods for tracking client progress.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
  • Compassionate approach towards working with children and their unique needs.
