Job Summary
BCBA must have Minnesota license. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to clients and their families.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify behavioral needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based interventions to improve client behavior and social skills.
Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure cohesive care.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and intervention strategies.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.

Skills

Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.
Proficient in medical documentation and understanding of medical terminology.
Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with developmental disabilities.
Ability to conduct patient assessments effectively.
Skilled in data collection methods for tracking client progress.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
Compassionate approach towards working with children and their unique needs.

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
