About You

You are a fully-licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree or higher, holding LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW licensure (state-specific acceptance applies), a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance. You’re excited to either initiate a private practice or expand your current one by accepting insurance.
