Plaza Psychology & Psychiatry is focused on serving our community and on providing a flexible context for clinicians to build their careers. Our East Greenwich location is quiet but offers plenty of opportunity to engage with colleagues.

The salary range stated is an estimate for full-time work, but our providers range widely in terms of how much they work, at what times, and what specific work they want to do. We work to accommodate that, and our fee-for-service model allows for that flexibility. Our job is to make this feel like your personal practice, but to provide supplies, clients, resources, and a responsive in-house billing office that does everything in that realm for you. So you can focus on what you're best at: delivering high-quality therapy.

To be clear, though, this is a W-2 position with all the perks: a 401(k) plan with generous matching, subsidized health insurance, EHR and technology provided, and help with credentialing and recredentialing.

We're looking for clinicians ready to work independently, but who have an interest in the benefits of a group practice. We have optional peer supervision and opportunities to collaborate, including with our many medication providers. Clinicians will need to offer individual therapy, but we have opportunities for couples and family therapy as well.

We would require work in the office most or all days, as that's what most of our clients prefer.
