What You’ll Do:

• Provide support to individuals with mental health, substance use, or medical needs.

• Help clients access housing, healthcare, jobs, and other resources.
• Support clients with medications and life skills.
• Lead group activities and workshops.
• Go with clients to appointments and help with transportation.
• Work with local agencies to get clients the help they need.
• Keep clear records and reports.
• Step in during crises to support and stabilize clients.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s in Social Work or similar field (preferred), OR 2 years of related experience.
• Experience working with homeless or vulnerable populations.
• Knowledge of mental health and substance use issues.
• Strong advocacy and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) PLUS
• Valid CA Driver’s License and insurance.
