Rooh Sanctuary is a healing space for BIPOC women and girls, rooted in decolonized wellness, ancestral remembrance, and justice-centered care. We are not a clinic, we are a return. A return to softness. To sovereignty. To soul.

We’re seeking a Clinical Director to oversee licensed therapy services at Rooh. This is a leadership role for someone who is clinically experienced, politically grounded, and ready to hold space for both healing and truth.

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed in California (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD)
• Experienced in trauma-informed care & social justice work for BIPOC communities
• Pro Palestine & aligned with liberation, decolonization, and collective healing
• Comfortable supervising therapists and maintaining ethical oversight
• Familiar with navigating BBS regulations without reinforcing oppressive systems
• Bonus if you specialize in eating disorders and body liberation work

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee licensed therapy services at Rooh
• Supervise clinicians and support ethical client care
• Collaborate with our non-clinical Wellness Director
• Uphold HIPAA compliance, documentation, and safety standards
• Stand beside a mission that honors truth even as we move through systems not built to hold it.

Compensation:

Part-time role starting at $55,000–$60,000 annually with potential for growth as we expand
