What You’ll Do:
- Develop individualized, client-focused ABA interventions that are meaningful and fun for clients and their families.
- Conduct thorough assessments and continually monitor client progress, using data to guide treatment adjustments.
- Lead family guidance sessions to ensure support extends beyond the clinic and into the home and community.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and oversee treatment implementation across settings to ensure integrity and results.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to RBTs and BCBA candidates, while fostering a positive, goal-oriented team environment.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to program development.
- Minimal travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- A master’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Missouri licensure or the ability to obtain licensure as a Behavior Analyst.
- At least two years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), preferably in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
- Familiarity with early intervention and an understanding of the medical insurance model.
- Passion for working with diverse populations and underserved communities.
